O R D E R

% 26.08.2015 Judgment debtor has offered to pay `41,80,000/- towards satisfaction of the entire decretal amount. This offer has been accepted by the decree holder.

It has been further agreed between the parties that `41,80,000/- would be paid in four installments. Judgment debtor has handed over four cheques for `10,45,000/- each to the decree holder, which have been accepted by the decree holder, subject to realization. Photocopies of cheques have been placed on record. Last cheque for `10,45,000/- is dated 31st July, 2016.

Execution petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. In case any of the

cheques is returned unpaid, decree holder shall be entitled to recover the entire decretal amount and will be at liberty to revive this execution petition. A.K. PATHAK, J.
