Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with his counsel and accepts notice. It is pointed out that petitioner no. 1 had taken a loan of `54,00,000/-. However, in terms of the settlement only `35,00,000/- have been paid. Petitioners have offered to pay remaining amount of `19,00,000/- to

respondent no. 2 during the course of hearing. One month time has been prayed to make the payment.
