The present petitions have been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.044/2023 under Sections 448/380/34 IPC registered at PS Madhu Vihar, Delhi.

22.03.2023 passed in BAIL APPLN. 940/2023, respectively had given directions that the petitioners shall join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and have also handed over all the articles of the complainant in the presence of the IO concerned. 4.
Learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO, submits that according to the complainant 11 articles have not yet been handed over by the petitioners to the complainant. This aspect is disputed question of fact, which will be considered by the learned Trial Court at the stage of trial. 5.
Considering that the petitioners have joined the investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned and the petitioners are not required for any further investigation, it is directed that in the event of petitioners arrest they shall be released on bail subject to them furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer concerned.
