In lieu of holiday declared on 03.03.2026 vide Notification No. 64/G-4/Genl.-I/DHC, dated 27.02.2026, this matter has been taken up today.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the grievance of the appellant would stand sufficiently redressed if the appellant is granted liberty to move an application for early hearing before the learned Single Judge.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute, which concerns the reputation of an individual as well as a group of educational institutions, we deem it appropriate to grant such liberty.
