It is observed from the memo of parties that the name of the father of the minor petitioner has been disclosed in the petition. The Registry is directed to conceal the name of the father at page No.3 of the petition i.e. the memo of parties. The Registry shall also conceal the details of the father of the minor from the records and is directed to issue certified copies only by concealing the name and identity of the minor as well as her parentage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner who appears for the minor victim has impugned the order on charge dated 20.11.2018. Learned counsel submits that the Trial Court has erred in not appreciating that facts reveal commission of an offence punishable under Section 6 of POCSO Act and has merely framed a charge under Section 10 of POCSO Act.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State. Notice shall issue to respondent No.2, returnable on 31.01.2019. 4.

Till the next date of hearing, the Trial Court shall defer the recording of the testimony of the prosecutrix as well as the victim.
