The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a) Pass an order setting-aside the Judgement dated 14/12/2022 passed by Ld. ASJ (South), Saket Court, New Delhi dismissing the Criminal Revision Petition No. 135/2021 titled as "Indra Kaur Vs The State (Nct) Of Delhi & Ors"; and b) Pass an order setting-aside the order dated 11/02/2021 passed by Sh. Vivek Kumar Aggarwal, Ld. MM(South), Saket Court, New Delhi in Criminal Case No. 6509/20; and c) Summon the Trial Court record in the case title "Indra Kaur vs. SHO Maidan Garhi & Ors." in Criminal Revision Petition No. 135/2021 and Criminal Case No. 6509/20, PS Maidan Garhi for the proper perusal and scrutiny of the present Petition; and d) Pass an order directing SHO Maidan Garhi to register FIR u/s The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
