This petition has been filed under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') challenging the order dated 17.01.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-02, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Trial Court') in Complaint No. ECIR/DLZO-I/58/2021 for offence under Section 120-B read with Sections 420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC'), titled as ED v. Jatinder Pal Singh, releasing the respondent on bail.

has refused to take cognizance on the complaint filed by the petitioner. 3.

Though the said order is in challenge before this Court in Crl.Rev.P. 605/2022, for the present, therefore, nothing survives in the present petition.

The same is disposed of reserving liberty with the petitioner to revive the same depending on the outcome of the Crl.Rev.P. 605/2022.
