This is an application seeking exemption from filing originals/certified copies of documents, left side margins, electronic documents, etc. Original documents shall be produced/filed, if sought, strictly as per the provisions of the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015 and the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018. 3.

Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. 4.

The dispute in the present matter pertains to a Dealership Agreement dated 23rd February, 2014 which was entered into between the parties and the Respondent- Pothen Vehicles & Services Pvt. Ltd. was appointed as Non-Exclusive Dealer.

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioners submits that final arguments are concluded before the Tribunal and written submissions have been filed by the claimant.

Accordingly, extension of mandate for three months is granted as requested by ld. Counsel for the Petitioners. 9.
