% 22.11.2018 In this petition, non-compliance of order of 15th September, 2017 is alleged. Vide aforesaid order, respondent was directed to decide the pending Representation within a time line.
Counsel for petitioner submits that the pending appeal and Representation have been disposed of by respondents in January, 2018, which are under challenge. The grievance raised by petitioner's counsel is that vide order of 15th September, 2017; Notifications of 17th August, 2017 and 10th September, 2017 were directed to be suspended till disposal of the appeal but in substance, the aforesaid Notifications have been made effective.
If it is so, then petitioner is at liberty to assail these Notifications in the remedy already sought by petitioner. Substantial compliance of order Page | 1
