1. The Petitioner who is at present posted in the CRPF Range Headquarter, Greater Noida, UP seeks to resist the signal dated 4th January 2019 directing him to relieve his current post by 19th January 2019 and join the relevant posting assigned to him at Jammu. According to the Petitioner, his medical condition is such that he wishes to remain in NCR for continuation of his medical treatment.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and having examined the record, the Court is satisfied that even at Jammu the Petitioner can continue

to receive the treatment that he needs. An assurance has been given to the Court by the learned counsel for the Respondents that the medical facilities at his place of posting in Jammu are adequate for the purposes of the treatment of the Petitioner.

3. In that view of the matter, the Court is not inclined to interfere. The petition is dismissed. Pending application also stands disposed of. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
