This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:

"a) issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order, directing the respondent no. 2 (NTA) to provide the NEET UG Score Card/Marks of the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to appear in future FMGE examinations;..."

The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is a medical degree holders from foreign University and to appear for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination ("FMGE"), conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences ("NBEMS"). The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent No. 2, namely National Testing Agency ("NTA") has furnished particulars of the petitioner as available in their database, and the same can be perused by this Court to issue directions to treat this order as NEET UG Scorecard.

The respondent No. 2, has filed a counter affidavit mentioning relevant details and particulars of the petitioners, which reads as under:- 5.

Accordingly, the respondent No. 1 is directed to treat this Order as a Scorecard for NEET-UG 2019 examination in respect of the petitioners and consequently, the requirement on part of the petitioners to furnish Scorecard of NEET-UG 2019 for FMGE 2026 and also for future FMGE Examinations stands discharged.
