Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the electricity connection of the petitioner has been restored and the concerned premises have also been inspected in terms of the directions contained in the previous order dated 15.02.2024. As such, the primary prayer/grievance of the petitioner in the present petition stands redressed. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition; the same is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
