This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the benefit of Invalid pension. Conceded case is that the petitioner has been retired without any pension.

Mr. Bhargava submits, he would be satisfied if this petition is considered as a representation, for the respondents to decide the same for grant of the Invalid pension.

Noting the said submission, we dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the petition as a representation for grant of Invalid pension by passing a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from today.
