It is submitted that the disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved in terms of the said settlement agreement. 3.

In view thereof, petitioner does not wish to press the present petition and the same, alongwith pending application/s, is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

All interim order/s stand vacated.
