By virtue of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:

"A.

Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Certiorari or Prohibition thereby restraining the Respondents from registering the Complaint dated 02.11.2025 filed by the Respondent No. 5 (Chetan Yadav) as a First Information Report or Investigate/Enquire into the said complaint; and B.

Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby calling for the records in relation to the Complaints dated 02.11.2025 and thereafter Quash/Set Aside the same as being without jurisdiction and not maintainable.

C.

Pass such other and further order[s] as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Standing Counsel (Criminal), appearing for the State on advance notice, submits, upon instructions, that the State has not registered any FIR in Delhi and has transferred the complaint of respondent No. 5 to the jurisdictional police station in Gurgaon.

In view of the above statement, Mr. Hrishikesh Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that notice has not yet been issued to respondent No. 5 and this order is, therefore, not intended to affect the rights or remedies of respondent No. 5 in any manner.
