Petitioner prays for quashing of Look-Out Circular issued by respondents in pursuance of FIR No. 03/2025 dated 24.01.2025, registered at P.S. Cybercrime Police Station, Sangrur District, Punjab. 2.

Learned Addl. Standing Counsel for Central Government appears on advance notice and when asked, apprised that the abovesaid Look-Out Circular has been issued at the instance of the Originating Agency i.e. Superintendent of Police, Sangrur District, Punjab. 3.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the jurisdictional High Court.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 5.

All rights and contention of the parties are reserved. 6.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
