The present petition is listed in the category of 'Directions'. 2.

Although the writ petition was disposed of earlier, as the petitioner and his wife had arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre that was recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 17.01.2019, having regard to the compliant of Ms. Shilpa, wife of the petitioner, that he used to physically assault her, the matter was kept alive to ensure that she comfortably settles back in her matrimonial home.

Today, the petitioner and his wife are present. Ms.Shilpa states in clear terms that she has happily settled back in her matrimonial home and has no complaint against the petitioner.
