The present petition has been filed by the petitioner raising a grievance as regards alleged unauthorised construction by the respondent no.2 on property bearing no. 29A, Sharma Farms, Green Avenue, Church Road, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070.

Learned senior counsel for respondent no.2 strenuously contends that the present petition is not maintainable inasmuch as the petitioner does not reside in the vicinity and does not have any locus standi to file the present petition.

Learned counsel for MCD also submits that the present petition is not maintainable inasmuch as the same has been evidently filed by the petitioner to ventilate personal grievances with the respondent no.2; it is further The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. contended that the petition also suffers from concealment of facts. 4.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for MCD submits that the property in question shall be duly inspected and if any unauthorised construction is found to be subsisting/ongoing, necessary and expeditious action in accordance with law shall be taken with regard thereto. 5.

The above statement of the learned counsel for the respondent/MCD, which has been made without prejudice to the submissions regarding (non) maintainability of the present petition, is taken on record. 6.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. 7.
