% 11.01.2019 CAV 17/2019 The caveat filed by respondent Nos.1 to 5. Mr. Anshuman Bal, Advocate appears on behalf of caveator. Caveat stands discharged. CM APPL. 963/2019 Exemption granted, subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

CM APPL. 964/2019 (Delay) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 15 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the application is disposed of. MAC.APP. 53/2019 & CM APPL. 962/2019 (Stay) Notice. Mr.Anshuman Bal, Advocate enters appearance on behalf of

respondent No.1 to 5 and accepts notice.

Let notice be issued to the respondent Nos.6 and 8 by all the modes prescribed, on the appellant taking the necessary steps, returnable on 12.02.2019. They be served through their counsel too who have represented them in the trial Court.

Till then, subject to appellant depositing the entire awarded amount with interest with the Registrar General of this Court within six weeks from today, operation of the impugned Award shall remain stayed qua appellant and the amount so deposited be converted into annual Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDRs) with automatic renewals. It is made clear that if the aforesaid deposit is not made within the stipulated period, then this interim order shall not operate.

Trial Court records be called for.

As prayed, Copy of this order be given Dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
