CRL.M.C. 111/2019 & CRL.M.A. 485/2019 This order is in continuation of the last order. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that in compliance of the last order, petitioners have joined the investigation.

Upon hearing, interim order of 11th January, 2019 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioners be admitted to bail subject to petitioners furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- each with one surety in the Page | 1

like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer concerned.

Since the investigation in this FIR case is in progress, therefore, this petition is disposed of as premature, with liberty to petitioners to have recourse to law, after the final report is filed in this FIR case. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
