The present petition under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act seeks following prayers:- "In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to allow the present Rent Control Revision and the impugned Order dated 30-102025 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Ld. ARC-01, Dist. Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Eviction Petition No. RC ARC No. 620 of 2024 may kindly be set-aside.

Prayed accordingly, in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience."

Affidavit dated 30.03.2026 in terms of order dated 23.02.2026 has been placed on record, which records as under:- "3.
