The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "(a) To issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ/order/direction, directing the Respondent Nos. 1 - 3 to immediately release the terminal benefits of the deceased Smt. Rukmani Kumari, amounting to Rs. 1,02,41,736/-, to the Petitioner & Respondent No. 4 in the manner as prescribed in the certificate dated 30.05.2025; (b) To issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ/order/direction, directing the Respondent Nos. 1 - 3 to pay interest on the said amount on account of the delay caused in remitting the same, in terms of clause 3 of the Succession Certificate dated 30.05.2025; and, (c) To award exemplary costs in favour of the Petitioner; and, (d) To pass any other fmiher order(s), which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." It appears that the efforts are being made by respondent no.3 to disburse the terminal benefits on account of death of Ms. Rukmani Kumari, who was working as a tutor with the said respondent and had died on 20.06.2020 interstate. There is a succession certificate granted by the Patiala House Court, New Delhi vide judgment dated 30.05.2025. The terminal benefits, therefore, will have to take place as per the succession certificate. 3.

Let the concerned respondent to do the needful and to disburse the terminal benefits as per the succession certificate to the parties, who are found to be entitled.

Let the said exercise be carried out within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order passed today. 5.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the instant petition stands disposed of.
