1. Learned APP, who is instructed by the SHO of PS Geeta Colony, submits that Sunil Kumar, the Appellant in Crl.A.670/2003 has not been found at the last known address and has not left any forwarding address. Accordingly, the bail and surety bonds furnished by this Appellant pursuant to the order dated 26th April 2004 of this Court suspending his sentence, stand cancelled.

2. Crl.A.670/2003 is accordingly dismissed. However, the APP will mention the matter for revival of the appeal as and when the Appellant is taken into custody and sent to jail pursuant to this order. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
