MAT.APP.(F.C.) 8/2019 Challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 05.01.2019. Counsel for the appellant submits that firstly application for payment of Rs.5,000/- for each hearing attended by the appellant as directed by the Supreme Court of India has been declined on the ground that on each date of hearing, the appellant had appeared on some application filed by her. The other part of the order deals with additional documents, which were filed alongwith evidence which were not taken on record. Attention of the Court has been drawn to the order dated 01.12.2017 to show that the documents filed alongwith the evidence by the respondent were taken on record despite the opposition of the appellant/respondent before the Family Court. Since the Regular Bench has not assembled today, it is not possible to

hear detailed arguments.

Re-list on 15.01.2019.

Meanwhile, further proceedings fixed before the Local Commissioner are stayed as we are informed that the matter is listed before the Local Commissioner for evidence today.
