The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged illegal and unauthorised construction being carried out at property bearing no.C-13, Khasra No.168/1, Okhla Vihar, Noor Nagar Extension, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi - 110025.

Learned counsel for MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that a demolition order qua the alleged illegal and unauthorised construction has already been issued and requisite demolition action shall be taken shortly, in accordance with law.
