After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, without making any observations, as to whether the petitioner has any locus to maintain the present quo-warranto or whether the quo-warranto itself is maintainable on facts, it appears that the petitioner had given a representation/ complaint addressed to the Chief Secretary (GNCTD) on 19.05.2023 and the same has not been responded to till date. 2.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents as also the aforesaid observations made by this Court, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider the said representation/ complaint dated 19.05.2023 and pass appropriate orders thereon. 3.

The respondent No.3 may do so either by himself/ herself or through any other Competent Officer authorized in that regard. The reprentation/ complaint be disposed of within a period of six weeks and the copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner.

The present petition is disposed of.
