The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:- "a) Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus and/ or any other appropriate writ or order or direction to Respondent No. 1 to expedite the adjudication process and pass a final order in the noncompliance proceedings in Case No. 35 of 2021; b) Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus and/ or any other appropriate writ or order or direction to Respondent No. 1 to hear and decide the interim relief application filed by the Petitioner within a period of 10 days, pending disposal of the Contravention applications, given the deadline of 13th March 2024 for Google's API integration with the app of the app developers listed on the Google Play Store; and c) Pass any other orders / directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and necessary in the interest of justice."

It is stated by learned Counsel for the CCI that the case has been fixed for hearing on 21.02.2024 at 11:00 AM. In view of this, this Court is not inclined to proceed ahead in the matter at this juncture. 3.
The petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any. 4.
It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.

It is always open for the Petitioner to approach the CCI with a request for early disposal.
