The present petition is filed praying as under: "(a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ thereby directing the Respondents no.l to 4 to conduct proper and speedy Investigation as per law.

(b) Direct the Respondents to conduct medical examination of the minor daughter of the Petitioner and further to get the statement of the minor daughter of the petitioner recorded Under Section 164 Cr.PC as provided under the code of criminal procedure in FIR no. 61512023 Dated 21.12.2023 Registered at Police Station Khajuri The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, who appears on advance notice, submits that the remedy lies before the learned Magistrate under Section 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

He, however, fairly submits, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, that the statement of the minor daughter of the petitioner will be recorded expeditiously and all efforts will be made that the same is done within one week itself. 6.

He further submits that there is no delay in the investigation and the Investigating Officer will ensure that all efforts are made to investigate the allegations in relation to the present FIR expeditiously.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed at this stage.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Trial Court, by filing an appropriate application, in case any grievance remains.
