The following directions were passed by the Predecessor Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.02.2024:- " 6. It is directed that the adjudication order passed qua Detention Receipt No. 27750 dt. 10.11.2021, shall be dispatched to the Petitioner through speed post at the address of the Petitioner, furnished in the memo of parties, in the present petition. Needful shall be done within three weeks from today. Proof of dispatch be filed after the dispatch in this Court. In case of non-compliance, petition shall be listed before the Court by the Registry."

Learned senior standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states at bar that the adjudication order passed qua detention has been handed over to the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has paid the penalty, and thus, seized items have been released to him. 4.
