% 12.07.2018 CRL.L.P. 60/2017 and Crl.M.A. No. 1774/2017 No notice in the petition and application has been issued as yet. On 9th February, 2017 the matter came up when trial Court record was requisitioned for perusal.

On 5th May, 2017 the petition was renotify on 1st August, 2017 when learned proxy counsel for the petitioner stated that counsel for the petitioner has been recently engaged in the matter and thus sought an adjournment. Fresh vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner has not been filed.

This Court on 10th January, 2018 specifically noted that it appears that CRL.L.P. 60/2017

Till date no vakalatanama on behalf of the petitioner has been placed. No counsel for the petitioner is present. Petition and application are dismissed for non-prosecution. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
