Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition as he has not challenged the order of the Appellate Court dated 6.12.2018 specifically in the present petition and he may be given liberty to challenge the same. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
