The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 30th October, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) 11409/2019, wherein directions had been issued to the respondents to provide the benefits of 2nd and 3rd Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme ("MACP") to the petitioner, along with appropriate pay scale and to release the arrears thereof.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that the present contempt th October, 2019 has petition has become infructuous as the order dated 30 already been set aside by the Supreme Court vide judgment dated 28th April, 2021 passed in SLP No. 15572/2019. The same has been placed on record. 3.
Considering the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is not maintainable. The same is accordingly dismissed.
