By way of the present applications under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicants seek regular bail in connection with FIR No. 361/2025 dated 29.09.2025, registered under Sections 329(4)/62/336(3)/340(2)/61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Greater Kailash, District South, New Delhi.

At the very outset, Mr. K.K. Manan, learned Senior Counsel for the applicants, submits that the chargesheet has been filed after the last bail applications of the applicants were dismissed by the learned Sessions Court on 13.02.2026. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw these applications, with liberty to the applicants to approach the concerned Court afresh.

The applications are dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the case or on any proposed application before the concerned Court, which may be considered by the concerned Court in accordance with law.
