1. This is an application under Section 151 CPC seeking transfer of the matter.

2. It is not in dispute that the Award challenged in the main petition was for a sum of Rs. 64,70,836 together with interest @ 13.5%. Therefore, this Court does not have pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain this matter and it needs to be transferred to the appropriate court.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed. OMP No. 97 of 2008 is directed to be transferred to the South East District, Saket Court. OMP 97/2008
