This is a petition filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking appointment of an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

Vide the order dated 25.03.2025 passed by this court, the petitioner was directed to file the fresh address of the respondent. 3.

However, the same was not complied with.

Vide the order dated 16.05.2025 passed by this court, the petitioner was again permitted to do the same.

5.

Despite repeated opportunities, neither any fresh address of the respondent has been filed nor there is anybody appearing on behalf of the petitioner today.

The petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution, granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same as and when the fresh address of the respondent is filed.
