In furtherance of last order, Status Report dated 14.04.2025 of SHO Gokalpuri is submitted across the board by learned APP, which is accepted and be scanned to be made part of the record. According to the said report, the appellant sold away his entire property and left for undisclosed destination twenty years ago.

For past many dates none has been appearing for appellant. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed in default. A copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court for necessary action.
