The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "A. Direct the respondent no. 1 to produce the entire record of all the documents, placed by respondent no. 2 for grant of sanction for prosecution of the petitioner.
B. Direct the respondent no. 2 to produce the entire record of all the documents placed by it before respondent no. 1 for sanction of prosecution of the petitioner;
C. Direct the respondent no. 3 to produce entire records placed before it with respect to grant of sanction for the prosecution of the petitioner: D. Set aside and quash the order no. 5/1/2018-VIG dated 13.08.2018 issued by the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India sanctioning the prosecution of the petitioner for offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 read with 120B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(c) and (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, as as in violation of Section 19(1) (a) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 197 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973"

In view of the judgment dated 04.09.2023 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(CRL) 3609/2018 and W.P.(CRL) 43/2019, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings with regard to the subject matter of the present writ petitions, before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
