After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file it afresh at a subsequent stage. 2.

The application is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 3.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

However, simultaneously, since it has been brought to the notice of this Court that material public witnesses have already been examined, the learned Trial Court would also make best endeavour to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible. Needless to say, the concerned defence counsel shall render due assistance and cooperation to the learned Trial Court in this regard.
