W.P.(CRL) 60/2019 and Crl.M.A. 432/2019 (stay) By this petition the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 519/2018 under Sections 308/506/34 IPC registered at PS Neb Sarai on the complaint of respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are present in Court and are identified by the learned counsel. They state that besides the four petitioners there were two bouncers who have not been traced till date by the investigating agency. Status report be filed by the State indicating the accused involved in the FIR as also the steps taken to carry out the investigation fairly and properly so as to form a proper opinion on the facts.
