% 11.03.2024 An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for early hearing of the bail application on the ground that co-accused has been admitted to bail.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that BAIL APPLN. 574/2024 may be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer an application before the learned Trial Court inter alia on parity and any other grounds.
