1. Learned APP informs the Court on instructions of the IO that the Appellant, whose sentence was suspended vide order dated 25th April 2007, is not traceable at the last known address after 2016.

2. In that view of the matter, the bail and surety bonds furnished by the Appellant stand cancelled.

3. The appeal is dismissed.

4. Learned APP will however mention the matter for revival of hearing of the appeal immediately after the Appellant is taken into custody. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
