This application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 151 CPC seeking disposal of the writ petition in view of the full and final settlement between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner urges that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat on 11.05.2024 with a final settlement of Rs.1,35,000/-, which has been paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent No.1 and a 'No Objection Certificate' has been issued in this regard.

Mr. Rajiv Kapur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of all Respondents acknowledges that the settlement has taken place and a sum of Rs.1,35,000/- has been received by Respondent No.1.
