After making some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that he may be allowed to withdraw the present civil revision petition since he has already instituted a separate suit for cancellation of the Conveyance Deed in favour of respondent/plaintiff, wherein he has also impleaded Smt. Shaista Begum as one of the parties inter alia seeking a relief for declaring him as the owner of the premises by virtue of adverse possession..
