BAIL APPLN. 64/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a suit filed for specific performance and declaration by the complainant on same facts was dismissed which fact was concealed in application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. resulting in registration of the FIR in question. He thus seeks anticipatory bail.

Notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice. Facts stated in the petition be verified and a status report filed. List on 2nd May, 2019.

Till the next date of hearing no coercive action be taken against the petitioner subject to his joining the investigation as and when directed by the investigating officer. Order dasti.
