Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present Petition was filed by the Petitioner seeking to challenge an order dated 18.09.2020 passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, Labour Court-1, Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi in LIR No. 5508/2016 captioned as Manmath Kumar Mahakul vs. Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that subsequently, the Petition, as filed by the Respondent/Workman, has been dismissed by the learned Labour Court.

It is thus contended that this matter has become infructuous. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present Petition.

The present Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The pending Application also stands closed.
