Mr. Tushar Mudgil, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that now there is a subsequent development in the matter as both the parties have mutually settled all their disputes and they have even got divorced by way of mutual consent. It is, therefore, submitted that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present contempt petition.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed.
