OMP(Misc.) (Comm.) 10/2019 This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the Award.

The learned counsel for the respondent who appears on advance notice submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended by this Court.

In view of the above, the time for making of the Award by the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a further period of six months with effect from 20.01.2019.

The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to cost. Dasti.
