As the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner was solemnized in District Munger, Bihar, from where the petitioner alleges that she is being missing and unheard of, an objection has been raised to territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 2.

On this objection, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the court of competent jurisdiction.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
