The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 145/2022 of Police Station Timarpur for offence under Section 420/467/468/471/120B IPC.

At the outset, learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that the complainant de facto is already being examined in trial. That being so, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after testimony of the complainant de facto.

As requested, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
