It is the case of the Petitioners that the matter has been settled. However, on 04.04.2024 it has been noticed by this Court that the complainant does not want to go ahead with the settlement as there has been default on the part of the Petitioners.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that since charge-sheet has been filed and the matter is coming up for hearing before the Trial Court on 18.10.2024. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to raise all the contentions, including the contentions raised in the present Petition, at the time of Order on charge or in an application for discharge.
